Oklahoma County Master Gardener Touring Committee Policies

​Touring Committee Refund Policy: If a tour is cancelled, you will receive a refund based on all refundable expenses. When an individual is unable to attend after payment has been received, their two options are to either sell their seat to another person or to forfeit payment.

The Touring Committee was advised that tipping the bus driver as part of the trip cost is not allowed per OSU policy. However, we are allowed to pass an envelope around to collect tips if service warrants a tip.

Only after ​payment is received will you be added to the list to travel either by car or bus. Tours will be offered to Oklahoma County Master Gardeners, Interns, and their friends and family. After a time to be determined, the tour may be offered to Master Gardeners from other counties.
